You can find indicative starting prices on my Pricing page. Every project is still scoped individually, so once I understand what you need, I’ll confirm a clear proposal and final price before any work begins.
02Do I need to have everything figured out before contacting you?
Not at all. A rough idea, a problem you want to solve or simply a sense that something could work better is enough to start. I can help shape the direction with you.
03How long does a website or digital project take?
Timescales depend on the size of the project, its complexity, content requirements and feedback stages. I’ll agree a realistic timeline with you before the project begins, so you know what to expect.
04Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. That might mean improving the visual design, restructuring the user experience, making the site easier to manage or rebuilding it more comprehensively where the existing setup is holding it back.
05Do you provide ongoing support after launch?
Yes. I can continue supporting the project with updates, improvements, content changes and ongoing digital development after launch where needed.
06Do you work with clients outside the North East?
Yes. I’m based in the North East of England and work with clients across the UK. Most projects can be managed remotely through clear communication and agreed project stages.
